Outstanding ONSPEED and ONSPEED Mobile Test Results.

Kuala Lumpur. April 24th 2006 - As a follow up to the various ONSPEED press releases distributed at

the regional launch in Kuala Lumpur at March end, we are delighted to provide the media with the latest

news regarding further testing of ONSPEED for the laptop / desktop and ONSPEED Mobile which is

designed specifically for the mobile handset.

At a series of Dial-up tests and speed trials last week, ONSPEED was regularly running Internet

downloads in web-surfing mode at TWICE the speed of 1Mb Wireless Broadband!! In fact for one speed

test, using a 3G card on the laptop, we achieved a transfer rate of 2.7Mb!!!

In trials of the ONSPEED Mobile product, we achieved speeds, in parallel tests, THIRTEEN times faster

than current Malaysian GPRS!! Web access via a GPRS configured handset without ONSPEED Mobile, was

taking over two minutes to access and display the selected web-site. ONSPEED Mobile accessed the full

site and enabled user scrolling of the entire site in less than fifteen seconds!!

With the results of these latest tests we are more confident than ever that ONSPEED and ONSPEED

Mobile will accomplish TWO major objectives:

1. Accelerate Dial-up Internet access to near Broadband speeds or better! In this way ONSPEED

will truly bridge the Digital Divide for the majority of Asia Pacific regional internet users

dependent on Dial-up - either for cost or availability issues. The market size of this grouping is a

staggering 350 million users.

2. ONSPEED Mobile will commence to generate real interest on the part of mobile subscribers

wishing to surf the internet from their mobile device. ONSPEED Mobile will enable users to

attain internet access speeds far in advance of current offerings. In fact GPRS with ONSPEED

Mobile is currently out-performing 3G in a variety of tests!!
